Here at Allegro, we want our resident’s friends and family to be comfortable to and enjoy the building when they come and visit. We have a designated two bedroom apartment which is available to rent by our residents only, for friends and family to stay in should there not be enough room for them all in your own home.

The Wellness Hub

For your wellbeing the Wellness Centre, within Allegro Hub is complimentary for all resident's exclusive use. With an array of top of the range Technogym equipment over a huge area it will offer you a chance to work out or wind down. 
In order to access our wellness centre all residents must confirm acceptance of the wellness centre rules and also complete the pre-activity readiness questionnaire form

Resident Lounge

Cool and chic, comfortable and cosy 
Allegro's chic and stylish private Resident's Lounge offers flexible space for working, relaxing and socialising. It's the perfect environment in which to relax over a morning coffee or catching up with neighbours in the evenings. 
Decorated in warm and welcoming surroundings, the Residents’ Lounge is conveniently located on the ground floor of the building, to the rear of the main reception. 
The Resident's Lounge also offers: 
  • Ample comfortable seating 
  • Workspace

Coffee Machine

Grab your Allegro cup and help yourself to a free hot drink from the coffee machine!
Please note that the machine only dispenses a large cup size, therefore standard mug size will overflow. If you do not have an Allegro cup or there is an issue with the Machine, please speak to a member of The Residents Services Team.
