Residents Lounge Booking

Allegro's chic and stylish private Resident's Lounge offers flexible space for working, relaxing and socialising. It's the perfect environment in which to relax over a morning coffee or catching up with neighbours in the evenings.

Decorated in warm and welcoming surroundings, the Residents’ Lounge is conveniently located on the ground floor of the building, to the rear of the main reception.

The Resident's Lounge can be booked any day of the week between the hours of 6am and 11pm and up to 17 hours maximum booking time. 

Below are the Terms & Conditions of Each Booking of the Resident Lounge 

1. The person making the booking is responsible for lounge during the booking duration
2. Alcohol is prohibited for persons under 18 yers old
3. The resident lounge can be booked any day of the week
4. The resident lounge can be booked between 11pm to 6am for a maximum of 17 hours 
5. Tenants must sign to state that any damages can be deducted from deposit
