Before you put a call out please check the following:
-Is the washing machine switched on?
- Has the fuse tripped?
-Have filters been checked to make sure there is no debris from the pockets (normally coins or hair pins)? The filter is located at the bottom of the washing machine, there is always some water so tenants need to put a bucket or dry cloth when opening the filter.
If this is still unsuccessful we can then arrange for our Maintenance Assistant to attend your apartment to investigate the issue.
