Hands on Advice With Personal Trainer Jason

Keep a look out for our Personal Trainer Jason who will be available in the Gym on the following dates and times: 

Monday 14th March | 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Wednesday 16th March | 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Friday 18th March | 6:00pm – 8:00pm

Jason will be on hand to provide you with any advice and guidance that you may need in relation to your health and fitness programme. No need to book just give Jason a shout when you see him in the gym.

14th March Head Neck & Shoulder Massage

Get a massage from Cleo in The Show Room on the 14th of March. This complimentary 15-minute head, neck and shoulder massage uses a prop up massage chair and is completed over clothes. This express massage releases muscles in the neck and shoulders caused by sitting at a desk and/or computer all day. Techniques often include massage of shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp and facial muscles.

15th March Uppercut Class

Uppercut is a fantastic, high energy, functional total body workout. You will leave this class feeling buzzing, hard worked and ready for the next one. The class is made up of 9 rounds of 3 minutes with 30 seconds rest, between each round. Rounds are made up of boxing combinations, kickboxing & total body functional exercises for HIIT, endurance & core rounds. Try it, and burn 700+ calories.

17th March Rumble Class

Rumble is an intense, positive and energetic total body workout that will make you sweat, make your legs burn and make your fat cry. The class is split into 2 groups, group A on the bikes and group B on the floor, switching every 10 minutes. Burn 700+ calories in this class, whilst having great fun with some great people and great energy.

As part of the Wellness Week, we are offering a complimentary Personal Training Surgery, between 4:00pm and 6:00pm on Monday 14th – Friday 18th March.

The PT Surgery is a great way for you to speak with our experienced Personal Trainer Jason, about all things Health and Fitness related. Whether you want to learn more about how to get the most out of your training programme, or even have a specific fitness goal in mind but unsure of how to reach it, whatever your question our expert PT will be on hand to support you.
